Thursdays are my Fun days, when I volunteer at the used book store at our Library. Lots of people come in during the day to browse, chat and maybe even purchase the books they find.
Enjoying people is a pleasure for me. You run into all kinds of varied interests, and engaging someone new in conversation is quite educational !

- When I have to think of "favorites" in any category, there are so many that it's hard to make choices. I love to read - especially mysteries by women authors, but I also enjoy some of James Patterson's books, all of those written by Anne Rivers Siddons, Robert B Parker and the late Philip R. Craig; I enjoy writing-primarily poetry. Volunteer work - as in Women's Clubs and Hereditary Societies - is high on my priority list. I have served as recording secretary for many different organizations, and president of others. I enjoy working in the yard, especially with my riding mower.
